Paris is a non entity in music and Megan has a hard time even getting her focus singles to do well (did the Mean Girls song ever make it past the Bubbling Under?). It's got a lot of ground to cover before it makes any big chart.

I mean, as far as CHR goes it’s not surprising. She has very few truly “CHR friendly” singles thus far. Something like Savage doing as well as it did on the format was already impressive.
