Do yall think Shaboozey can get 1 extra week at #1 before the christmas onslaught and beat the Old Town Road record or do you think something else will be there?

Seems very unlikely.

Dec 7 - Nov 22-28 Kendrick - 100% Lock
Dec 14 - Nov 29-5 Kendrick (or Mariah?)
Dec 21 - Dec 6-12 Mariah
Dec 28 - Dec 13-19 Mariah
Jan 4 - Dec 20-26 Mariah
Shaboozey is doing SNL 12/7 for promo. I'm not sure if it will cause much movement though at this point. Maybe with end of year countdowns but by that point, Xmas music will be super active

Well the book is doing well anyway. The target I went to sold out Wall Street Journal reported that Target ordered 2 million copies! Also, Taylor self-published so there's that ($$$). Of course, like all things TS, a lot of copies were snagged by resellers - thousands of copies are on eBay. Taylor getting a brief break from H100 before Reputation (TV) takes about 20 spots. What's interesting about those 110 consecutive weeks is that it included 4 #1s from 4 different projects -M, L, 1989(TV), TTPD- *and* a Top 5 from 5th release SP(TV). |
