#64 is correct - Natalie Grant - I Will Be
#69 is still incorrect. Hell Yeah did not make the top 100.
Here's yet another clue to #69:
The artist in #69 really isn't a newcomer to the music scene, but many hardcore fans of this artist were very disappointed in this comeback and accused the artist of selling out to the pop scene.

Excellent work silverwhite! #69 is indeed Liz Phair's Why Can't I? Now on with the countdown!! 59. This song was once believed by many on the old R&R boards to be a future #1 pop hit... but after about 5 weeks of climbing, the song crashed down the chart! [#10] 58. I would write a longer clue, but my friends are outside waiting! [#9] 57. If you think this song is referring to Glinda's wand, you would be sadly mistaken! ;) [#6] 56. Two Latin hip-hoppers team up on this smash R&B hit that is still climbing my chart today! [#4] 55. Another leftover AC hit from 2002. The song is by a veteran artist who has scored lots of hits from Disney films, although this song is not from one. [#2] 54. Think of that noise you get from a wrong dial setting and then think Christian rock, and you'll get this smash hit! [#6] 53. Consider a boyband multiformat hit from 2001 and then "switch" the artist and you'll get this Christian hit! [#9] 52. Two generations of music team up and score this hit which also topped the Billboard Club Airplay chart. [#1] 51. This Christian song was still a big hit on the Musicdays countdown long after it peaked on the Christian charts. It is by a group that recently remade a U2 song for a benefit CD. [#8]

55. Another leftover AC hit from 2002. The song is by a veteran artist who has scored lots of hits from Disney films, although this song is not from one. [#2] Phil Collins - Can't Stop Loving You
52. Two generations of music team up and score this hit which also topped the Billboard Club Airplay chart. [#1] Britney Spears f/Madonna - Me Against the Music
51. This Christian song was still a big hit on the Musicdays countdown long after it peaked on the Christian charts. It is by a group that recently remade a U2 song for a benefit CD. [#8] Switchfoot - More Than Fine

Great job everyone! 59. TLC - Damaged 58. Kelly Clarkson - Low 57. Lil' Kim f/ 50 Cent - Magic Stick 56. Baby Bash f/ Frankie J. - Suga Suga 55. Phil Collins - Can't Stop Loving You 54. FM Static - Crazy Mary 53. Switchfoot - Gone 52. Britney Spears f/ Madonna - Me Against The Music 51. Sanctus Real - Hey Wait Onto the top 50! 50. Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, and now this artist is put among these singers in this one category. The song is a hit that started its chart run in 2002. [#2] 49. If you were underwater for a long time, you might experience this problem. [#12] 48. Tell me what's the use of having a clue for this top 10 smash on my chart! [#7] 47. First of two hits by this British "basement" artist. This is one of those songs where the parenthetical should really be the song title since it is said the most. [#8] 46. First of two hits by this former teen pop star. The video for this song is somewhat reminiscient of a 1998 video for one of the artist's in #52. [#5] 45. What was the lesson this group learned this year? Freedom of speech comes with heavy consequences! [#11] 44. Maybe inside little fudgy clues like this lies an anagram for a popular phrase from a teen movie of the early 00s and has a LOT to do with this song. [#4] 43. If you need some advice on the male and female psyche, check out this song! [#6] 42. First of two hits by this breakthrough artist of 2002. You might think of Alice and the looking glass. [#8] 41. Another song title with a question word in it. For loyal AC chart followers, every week was VERY hard to watch. [#10]

Here were the correct answers given:
50. Eminem - Lose Yourself 49. Maroon 5 - Harder To Breathe 48. Frankie J. - Don't Wanna Try 47. Daniel Bedingfield - James Dean (I Wanna Know) 46. Christina Aguilera - Fighter 45. Dixie Chicks - Landslide 44. Fountains Of Wayne - Stacy's Mom 43. Good Charlotte - Girls & Boys 42. John Mayer - Your Body Is A Wonderland 41. Celine Dion - Have You Ever Been In Love?

50. You should only get one shot to get this clue, so don't miss your chance!
48. Again, the previous clue contained a lyric from this song to help you out, but looks like you have both knees on the floor, like this artist was in the song.
46. This clue should make you that much... SMARTER in finding out this song!

Those three guesses are correct! The post above has been modified with the correct answers. Onto the next 10: 40. Some complained that this rock song was too old to chart on pop, but heck, some things age well! The song is still on my chart. [#15] 39. There were a number of versions of this song played on radio and on the videos. It's a rap tune with one or two featured artists, depending on the version. [#7] 38. The solo artist tells of his dreams of flying and soaring in this top 10 hit. [#6] 37. This duo made some heads turn at the MTV awards with quite the performance including LOTS of performers. This was their breakthrough hit. [#8] 36. Here's one of the songs I helped to payola to the top of the Peoplebase chart. The song was a remake. [#5] 35. Hopefully you'll keep your clothes on throughout this entire song and clue! ;) [#4] 34. Before she decided to wash some clothes, this artist gave cheating girls some stern advice. [#2] 33. This hit made a huge impact this year - it was the first non-pop hit to top my chart. [#1] 32. At the time that this remake was climbing the R&R charts, there was yet ANOTHER version of the same song climbing the country chart! [#7] 31. Yet ANOTHER remake to make this year's chart. Consider the clue for #41 when thinking of this song. [#6]

Good guess Matt, but wrong. P.I.M.P. did not make the countdown.
Here's another clue to #39:
Even though this song peaked outside the top 10 on CHR/POP, the song was at the top of the Callout Survey chart for many weeks, even after its peak, showing that stations really don't play what the songs that necessarily test the best.

39. Fabolous f/Tamia - Into You ??? Correct!! On the radio, I heard at least two versions: one with both Tamia and Ashanti and one with just Tamia. OK, we are rolling on to the top 30! 30. This is a Christian CHR/rock song that hit big on my chart. The title is somewhat similar to a big hit by Creed in 2002. In fact, some argue that this singer sounds like Scott Stapp! [#4] 29. This song shined all the way to #3 just this past December. [#3] 28. These artists actually use a line in their song that is something you might here John Morris say about songs like In Da Club, Stand Up, and Right Thurr. [#7] 27. After telling their wild west story, these two artists teamed up again and scored this big hit. [#5] 26. Who said men can't capitalize on a breakup? This artist did just that both in the lyrics and the video for this song. [#3] 25. This was the song that was #1 on the first chart for 2003. [#1] 24. No hypnosis here... just an infectious chorus and a cool video. [#3] 23. A song whose video that recently topped the VH-1 Top 20. [#2] 22. A band hailing from the capital of a North American country. They even refer to their city's leader in this hit. [#1] 21. Even before the arrest, you could hear this artist in the media: he was at the very beginning of this smash hit! [#2] Good luck!
