No to 34 & 32. Yes to the others. I'd tell you something about those particular wrong guesses, but the interests of fairness forbid. EDIT: insect2 is credited for 29.

34. There are both letters and numbers in the artist name.
33. She has another song that came out later in the year than this did farther up.
32. This has been guessed (incorrectly) for other clues.

33. My most recent no answer contains a hint (but the hint refers to the other song that's farther up).

Taking a wild guess here... 33. Hilary Duff - Why Not? You are correct. For the record, Beautiful didn't make my chart. Explanation of the clues for 33: My no answer to Work it Out had the phrase "...that was SO last year" in it. That lingo makes a reference to her other song "So Yesterday", which is farther up. "Why Not" was out when "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" was in theaters, but I'm not sure if it's on the soundtrack or not. And those who've seen the video - such as myself - know that there are clips from the movie in the video. Understand it now? ;) Next clues: 28. Unfortunately, this song was a streak-ender. (Refer to that topic) 27. People seem to either love this song or hate it. 26. The title is a symbolic opposite of its peak. 25. Currently at peak position. 24. Take one-fourth of a number in this song and you get its peak. 23. She has another song in this group. (!) 22. The song title matches its peak situation.

28. Avril Lavigne - Things I'll Never Say 26. Kelly Clarkson - Low 25. Fefe Dobson - Take Me Away 24. Matchbox Twenty - Unwell (did this peak at #5?)

28. and 25. Correct
26. No, Low is farther up. There is another song that can fit the clue.
24. No, Unwell peaked at #3. Unwell is farther up. Besides, the clue was a number IN THE SONG. ;)

All of those are wrong. insect2, you have the right artist, but the wrong song. And Aaron, I oughta throw you out of this game for guessing Get Low. Get Low would NEVER...EEEEEEEEVER make my chart!

That was my next guess for #23, and I should have guessed it in the first place and if I didn't decide to sleep in today, I may have been able to rectify it.
