Without further ado, my top 100 of the year!
italics = still on the chart red = spotlight song
81-100[/b] #100 "I Think I'm In Love" Allure ft. Joe Budden #99. "Tipsy" J-Kwon #98. "FURB" Frankee #97. "Let The Music Take You" Keshia Chante #96. "Hope" Twista ft. Faith Evans #95. "Turn It Up" Ashanti ft. Ja Rule #94. "Blow It Out (Remix)" Ludacris #93. "Turn It Up" Brandy ft. Timbaland #92. "Hush" LL Cool J #91. "Since You've Been Gone" Kelly Clarkson #90. "Let's Get Blown" Snoop Dogg #89. "Scandalous" Mis-Teeq #88. "Just A Little While" Janet Jackson #87. "Confessions Part II" Usher #86. "Milkshake" Kelis #85. "Bananaz (Belly Dancer)" Akon #84. "U Make Me Wanna" Jadakiss ft. Mariah Carey #83. "Back For More" Glenn Lewis #82. "Turn Me On" Kevin Lyttle #81. "Drop It Like It's Hot" Snoop Dogg
#98. "FURB" by Frankee peaked gets the ignominious honor of being the biggest novelty hit of the year-- it debuted at a strong #3 the week ending April 6, and three weeks later it had fallen off the chart.
#88. Miss Jackson (if you're nasty) made her first chart entry ever on my chart with the lead single for "Damita Jo", which goes down as her least succesful venture ever. The song made it into the top 100 thanks to some of the dance remix-- the original version got three spins. It peaked at #14 for two weeks beginning February 17th.

61-80[/b] #80. "Bowtie" Outkast #79. “Wanna Get To Know You” G-Unit #78. “Me, Myself, & I” Beyoncé #77. “Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor” Juanes #76. “Prototype” Outkast #75. “Not Today” Mary J. Blige ft. Eve #74. “Lately” Jon B #73. “Forthenight” Musiq #72. “I Wanna Thank You” Angie Stone #71. “I Don’t Wanna Know” Mario Winans #70. “Toxic” Britney Spears #69. “Disco Inferno” 50 Cent #68. “Lovers and Friends” Lil’ Jon ft. Usher & Ludacris #67. “Hurting Woman” Shirley Caesar ft. Faith Evans #66. “R&B Junkie” Janet #65. “Breakup 2 Makeup” Ashanti #64. “Back In The Day (Puff)” Erykah Badu #63. “Naughty Girl” Beyoncé #62. “Wonderful” Ja Rule ft. Ashanti & R. Kelly #61. “So Sexy” Twista
#77. "Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor" by Juanes gets credit as the first true Spanish song to chart, and it did nicely. Props for clearing the way for more Latin success on the chart. It peaked at #6 on November 30th.
#67. is the only gospel song to be charted as a single, and is the second of two entries for Faith Evans as a guest artist. It peaked at #10 for two weeks beginning on January 20th. It's the first song on the year-end chart to benefit greatly from recurrent play.

Maybe after re-reading the first 40, he realized how incredibly awful the music he was listening to was, and decided to burn the chart.

Bump.
Bob, if you're going to finish this, you really should do it within the next few hours or else it won't count for the PMB Top 100 of 2004 chart.
