The chorus sounds totally flat to me now or something. It used to sound more anthematic. I don't know... can't explain it really.

Funny thing is Rivers is a perfectionist and "fixed" the chorus becuase he thought the original ending was too flat.

I love the video and I don't mind the new version of the song at all. It's not like it's THAT different. This song is growing on me so much... I mean I always liked it a lot, but now I'm loving it.

This is still charging and looks to have an outside shot at #1. How cool would that be, especially after the second single stalled out fairly quickly.
I love the radio version of this song. I was skeptical about shelving 'This Is Such A Pity', but it's worked out perfectly. It looks like if and when that one gets released, Weezer will have 4 hit singles from the same album for the first time ever.

For some reason, it's bullet is down. I really hope it regains it soon and has that outside chance at no. 1. TISAP might not have any promo behind it because Rivers will be in school, but I think it's guarenteed if Situation hits no. 1.

Funny thing is Rivers is a perfectionist and "fixed" the chorus becuase he thought the original ending was too flat. I think it would've sounded best if he "fixed" the first half of the chorus, but left the second half as is.

One of my Pop stations plays the album version of this ("unfixed"), oddly enough.

Looks like this could be the next, and another #1 for Weezer. I'm really hoping if this is #1, "This Is Such A Pity" gets at least some adds without being released. I really think if "This Is Such A Pity would be released it would be a huge crossover hit, perhaps one of the biggest singles of 2006.

I got tired of this song really fast, just like "We Are All On Drugs".

All right, this song is a healthy #1....that's been taken care of.
With a #1 song, rarely an artist doesn't send out a follow-up, and we all know what it COULD be, and we all want it to happen.
Will This Is Such A Pity get released due to the success of PS?

Love, love, love this song to pieces. They should release TISAP next, but i have a feeling they might release "Peace" instead.
