This question seems like it has no answer! Each artist usually has one or two distinct songs that define them, the Beatles don't seem to. Everyone who I have asked have different opinions, some say it "Hey Jude" or "Let It Be," others say it "Lady Madonna," "Leaving on a Jet Plane," or "Hard Days Night." Others thing it is their catchiest song, "Yellow Submarine." What does everyone else think?

I'd go with "Hey Jude" or "Let It Be" (seem to be their most "epic" songs). I wasn't even aware they had recorded "Leaving On A Jet Plane"...

I can't really think of a Beatles song I don't like, but I wouldn't go so far as to call myself a big fan. So, for the casual listener, I most often associate the songs "Hard Days Night" and "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" as the two stand-out singles.

I would say "Hey Jude", "Can't Buy Me Love", or "Love Me Do"
"Hey Jude" seems to be somewhat of a consensus here.

I would say "Hey Jude" first with "Yesterday", "Let It Be" and "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" as honorable mentions.

I don't think they have a signature song, because they had so many huge hits with so many different styles.
Their early days probably are best represented by I Wanna Hold Your Hand
Their later years probably are best represented by Hey Jude or Let It Be.
The middle years are hard to represent because they were all over the place with their music then.
