the beyonce thing selling 9 million is simply not true there is no way.. exactly where is she selling
3.9+ US certifed 4X Certified 1 million Ifpi Europe
The only other market left 2 sell in is Canada 4 her.. n that will only add up 2 300,000 at most 4 her..
She is not known in Asia at all so the most she could have sold there n the rest of the world 500,000 max thanx 2 Australia where her singles performed but thats it.. she is really not known outside the US..
6.5 million at most 4 her album.. ITZ is certified 8X but it has sold in the 6.5-7.5 million range n there is no way Beyonce has sold more.. the only thing DIL has going 4 itself is the US sales, other than that its not a big seller.

Yeah this is coming from someone who thinks Beyonce is not that famous overseas. And you dont know what Bee sales. Get the sales from all 152 countries and add them 2gether. Bee is very popular in Japan and Australia. And what does "Certified 1 million Ifpi Europe mean". You need to be more clear when you write things.
And Bee did sell 6.7 million in the top 40. They are on the top 40 website. But outside of the top 40, nobody knows the exact number unless someone counts every week.

its tough to tell, but I do think Christina and Beyonce have the best shots at the 10 mill in worldwide markets. Beyonce has the advantage of being the 'it' girl of the moment and if I am not mistaken, Aguilera broke into some new markets that her original release did only moderately successful in...that bodes VERY well for her in the future. Britney I think is stagnant right now - I think all of her releases will be between the 5-7 million worldwide mark unless she comes out with STRING (meaning 3 or 4) top 10 singles that can sustain the album through the year, then of course she could be in the 10 mill range as well.
Madonna, Janet, J. Lo and Mariah still have an audience, but I just get the feeling they are a cut below these three. Of those 4, I would think J. Lo would have the best shot these days at 10 mill worldwide.

i agree w/Jessica selling 2 million but 3.5 WW i sincerely doubt.. Her album has only sold about 50K in the UK she isnt known anywhere.. In this Sking has most about 500,000 copies outside the US no more than that.. I think her next album will totally flop n she will be in debt ones again like she was right after her second album.. I think she better milk her popularity right now.. Try 2 cash in as much as possible cause its starting 2 fade n peeps r getting bored.. Xtina is the biggest American artist in WW sales after Norah Jones probably .. Her album has sold over 3 million copies in Europe alone n her popularity has skyrocketed in both Europe n Asia.. She sold more than her debut everywhere except in the USA,Brazil, n Canada.. Same w/Australia she is super popular overthere.. More so than the oops girl n everyone i can think of.. Britney is the biggest in Japan i think her label should focus on Japan.. Her sales in Europe have really gone low they r nothing like back in the BOMT era.. Her popularity has died down everywhere except in a few select markets like Brazil n Japan.. I agree Simpson needs to release her albums quickly (ala Ashanti speed) to capatilize on her fame, however I don't think she is fading at all just yet. Anyone who can put out a Platinum Christmas Album these days is on top of their game, IMO.

You really is a hater. On so many posts you have hated on Beyonce that its not even funny. There is one thing to not like her but to hate on her. But to say shes not popular in Japan. Thats like saying Usher aint popular in the USA.

The only other people is Britney and the Grammys people. No Eminem, No Greenday, No Game, but DC. So how isnt Bee famous in Japam. What do you have against Beyonce.

I know with just the US sales, Bee has sold over 7 million ww.

Well whatever list, on mediatrafic, Bee sold 6, on top 40, she sold 6.7. Each artist is lower. On my chart Britney sold 5.9 and on yours Britney sold 5.3 But if Bee sold more than Britney in the top 40, she probably sold more than Britney out of it. i mean DIL is still #87 on billboard charts. ITZs not even in the top 200 and her greatest hits is #91. But if you is saying all this stuff about Britney, Im sure Bee done sold about 9 million.

Where does the rest come from, bee isn't big at all in south america and she has no certifications there and she hasn't sold much in any asian countries.

Mediatraffic has already been proven to be so inaccurate. Why do people still cite it?? ??? ??? That is what I thought. Especially if (I am looking at X's numbers because I know what most of them are) they use the large markets. If that includes the USA, then it is wrong saying that Stripped is 6 mill. In the US she is 4 and in Europe she is 3. That is 7 right there. ???

Everything you say about Bee is so invalid cuz since you joined thid board you keep hatin on Bee. O shes not famous ww at all. She not famous in Japan, now she not famous in Asia. You keep saying these things and when people try to prove you wrong, you go on and say something else negative. How do you know what she sold in Asia. Seriously, I hate haters, no matter if someone hate on someone I dont like (ala Usher), cuz it shows a lack of maturity on their part and it also gives false information to other people about the artist. Now if you dont know nothing about Bee or just dont like her, just shutup.

Ok. Well what site is accurate. There is no accurate site for WW sales, you have to add up the certifications from pretty much each country.

There is no accurate site for WW sales And considering that certifications are based on shipments and are done whenever the record label feels like it, any attempt to determine sales by looking at certifications is pure speculation.
