Much of the music in the Final Fantasy series. My particular favourite would be You're Not Alone from Final Fantasy 9.

I would second "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness".
Nine Inch Nails - "A Warm Place" Nine Inch Nails - "Complication" Nine Inch Nails - "Ripe (With Decay)" Stone Temple Pilots - "Daisy" Air - "La Femme D'argent" Air - "Talisman"
I know I included most of the same artists, but these are all highly recommended.

Alicia Keys: "Harlem's Nocturne"
Classical meets hip-hop. Gotta love it.
Her "Piano & I" was too much of a rip-off of Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" though.

My 4 favorites:
Depeche Mode - Stjarna Doves - Firesuite My Vitriol - Tongue Tied Tears For Fears - Pharaohs
Also anything off the Final Fantasy VII and Donnie Darko soundtracks. The FFVII main theme in particular is a masterpiece.
