I just love that "organ" sound in a number of songs, without it being a gospel song (and please don't name them), usually bluesy.
Fishbone - Everyday Sunshine
Natalie Merchant - Sunshine
Hootie & The Blowfish - Before The Heartache Rolls In

I'd call that thing at the beginning of The All American Rejects - Swing, Swing an organ.
Matthew Good Band - Prime Time Deliverance has one of the most awesome uses of an organ ever.

Evanescence-Where Will You Go :) also, Evanescence's "Understanding" and lots of Nighwish songs have that song like "Phantom of the Opera".

The prelude to George Michael's "Faith" (some stations may play it without the prelude).

Some of my all-time favorite songs have prominent organ parts:
Blue "All Rise" Animals "Don't Bring Me Down" 3 Dog Night "Out In The Country" Zombies "She's Not There" Zombies "Time Of The Season"
