I heard this song and Lost Realist on Myspace.com. This one reminds me of Echo

To be honest, I'm not really feeling any of the four tracks that have leaked to date.

Is this still the next single? I hope so... the hook on this is incredible. They play the quiet-loud game with the guitars perfect... you never leave the edge of your seat. And, gosh, the riffs in the intro are awesome.

Who said it was going to be their next single? On the disc however it mentions the tracks Lost Realist, Disconnected, and....dun-dun-duh-duh! Waiting. I'm betting Lost Realist will be the next single, and that's going to be their pop crossover attempt, and then if it works then Disconnected will go afterward, and if that's a hit, then Waiting will close it up. But it should be noted that if Lost Realist doesn't work, we probably shouldn't even expect a third single: the album's not doing nearly as well as their self-titled.

No announcement has been made on this as far as I know, so I've moved it to Non-Singles.

This needs to be the next single. It's their best bet for a hit. "Stand Up" is doing awesome on AR, so don't think they won't get a third single just because of it's perfomance on Alt.
Anyway, what they have now kind of reminds me of Hoobastank's situation in '04. Coming off a big album with two top five hits, their lead single fails to go top 10. Then they score a massive hit on Alt AND Pop with their follow-up. "Waiting" has all the potential in the world to be huge.

I don't know why you think Waiting is such an awesome choice. I think Lost Realist is the best opportunity.

Almost any of song off of Someone In Control can be considered single material in my mind, so I'm happy with this choice, and hopefully it does as good or better than Stand Up.

I thought it was amusing that the 4 songs they posted on myspace before the album are the ones every enjoy the most. allmusic picked those 4 songs as the best on the album. maybe its the fact we got to hear them first they we thought they were the best. Im still looking forwrad to hearing this on the radio!

I hope this is huge for them! I think it has potential on all the Rock formats, Pop, and Hot AC.

I like this one a lot, and "Lost Realist" is just as good. Either of them would have been great next-single choices. "Skin Deep" is decent too.

This is one of those few songs that is impossible to hate imo, it may not be everybody's favorite, but I don't think anyone is going to say they hate this song. This song is awesome, it may be my new favorite single from Trapt.
Yay! Kansas City's Active Rock station was the first to add this!
