Alright, I don't have a lot of clues, all I remember is that the video got a good bit of airplay on MTV2 last year (I think last year, LOL). I remember the lead singer is sitting at a piano, and I believe there are lights set up behind the band. The lead singer had longish blond hair I believe. If I remember the song correctly, it starts slow and builds up, and when it builds up the lights start flashing. I remember the video setup being similar to Interpol's "Slow Hands," but much better, and maybe taking place in a city.
I know it's not a lot to go on, LOL.

Man, if it's Coldplay's Speed Of Sound, I'm gonna laugh and laugh. But Chris Martin doesn't have longish blond hair, so probably not. The video description really sounds like Speed Of Sound, but then again I've gotta believe that it's not the most original video concept in the world. After all, Yellowcard thought of it too.

LOL, no, it's not Coldplay or Yellowcard. I know I didn't give a lot of info. I just remember a guy with longish hair at a piano, and flashing lights. I will say this much, it had very high production values, definately not cheap looking video.

the band Something Corporate maybe? Andrew has (or had) long blond hair and plays the piano.

No, that's not it.
I remember the song being way more epic, started slow and built up really big. Man, it pisses me off that I didn't jot their name down in my mind.

Straylight Run maybe? I don't remember how that video went though, nor do I remember what the lead singer looks like. It would just fit the start slow/become epic description.
