Full title is Liar (It Takes One To Know One).
Goes for adds on September 19th according to AllAccess. Now, I guess this means that Twenty-Twenty Surgery got beat out as the second single. I think Liar is a better choice, but I actually really wish they'd go with What's It Feel Like To Be A Ghost or Spin. It's all good in the end, I guess. It's a great album.

I guess this is a good choice. "Miami" is still my frontrunner for single I wish they would release.
I wonder if they're going to remake the Jim Carrey movie since they did a Walk the Line concept for "Twenty-Twenty Surgery".

Damn, I really wanted Twenty-Twenty Surgery, but its ok. I like every song on this album, and would be satisfied with whatever they chose.

Hmm...I was wondering what happened to "20/20". I figured they were just holding off until next May when "MakeDamnSure" finally slides off the chart. This is probably the safer choice to send to radio, especially with the title. I already like it much better than "20/20". Doubt they'll get another big hit, but stranger things have happened.

After several listens, I actually find this to be more and more monotonous and repetitive. I don't understand why they went with the "rumored single", as many bands have failed to do and failed with the album as a result. In Kansas City Royals terms, it's like manager Buddy Bell pulling a dominant eighth inning pitcher and bringing in your "closer" for the month. It doesn't make sense.
I'm still enjoying "20/20" but am burned out on this. The album is EXCELLENT. "Go On" should definitely be the third single if they get that far.

What the heck is "Go On", because that is not on the album.

What the heck is "Go On", because that is not on the album. Well, I'll be damned. There are lyrics sites online that show that song, but maybe it is mistitled. ??? I can't find that song on any of their albums, either. Oh well, never mind me. Carry on.

Let me guess, you downloaded the album.
LOL, "Go On" is an ancient, ancient TBS song way back when they had a different singer.

It's not nice. ;) That wasn't John Nolan (Straylight Run) singing, was it? I honestly couldn't tell the two singers apart - it has happened before to me (Linkin Park's "Somewhere I Belong" fake comes to mind, from 2003).

No, the original lead singer was some guy named Antonio Longo.
I hadn't realized how many hispanic members they've had. :o

Now that I'm listening to it a couple more times, that is definitely Adam doing lead vocals. If he did a "whoa-ohh!!", I would instantly recognize him, but it's definitely him. Must just be a messed up title.
Anyway, I'm still wishing "Twenty-Twenty" would get chosen over this. It's quirky upon the first couple listens, but I'm still not tired of it upon probably a hundred listens since the album was released.
