Sooo, why is Wind-Up releasing a 3-year old song out of the blue now? Does anything that Wind-Up does make sense anymore?

I love the label. I think they have some really good artists, but they just don't seem to use their talent (aside from their very top bands) very well.
This band won't be leaving much of a mark if any.
Aside from that, they sign a lot of artists/bands that they promote and just don't do anything with them.

Sooo, why is Wind-Up releasing a 3-year old song out of the blue now? Does anything that Wind-Up does make sense anymore? Not generally, but this actually does make sense. Follow me for a minute here. When "Into Your Hideout" was released three years ago on Pilot Speed's first album (when they were still called Pilate), it was only released in Canada and they were not on Wind-Up yet. In fact, they weren't with Wind-Up until early this year, and of course by that time they had already released their second album, called Self Control For Life's Speed, in Canada. See a theme here? Now they are on Wind-Up, and Pilot Speed is making their US debut. They retitled the second album Into The West for these shores, and added on the song "Into Your Hideout", since it was their big single from the first album which again, didn't make it over here (at least under the Wind-Up banner, but that's an irrelevant story). "Barely Listening", which was also the first Canadian single for Self Control For Life's Speed, already went for adds over here. So what better way to follow it up than with a song that has already proven to be a hit elsewhere? Therefore, "Into Your Hideout" goes for adds here October 30th as the second single from Into The West.
