With only one hit single and extensive touring, 'In Motion', Copeland's previous album with indie label The Militia Group, sold over 100,000 copies. Hot off that independent smash, they deliver their newest release 'Eat, Sleep, Repeat'. The first single 'Control Freak' is a good representation of what this hot new album has to offer. MSNBC did a detailed article on their success: www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15434332/ Hopefully the single can be a hit for these guys.. What do you think? PM me for a link.

I've heard they were one of the most boring live bands ever next to Mae. That said, I like this song! myspace.com/copeland

I just saw Mae on Friday with Jack's Mannequin, Story Of The Year, and Anberlin. While I did find them kind of generic, and they were my least favorite band there, they put on a good set.

I never found Copeland to be boring live, but that's because I dig their material..I guess it just depends.

I heard they singed to Columbia Records, I hope that helps them. They have that Adult Alternative style that will appeal to fans of Death Cab For Cutie.

I saw Copeland live in Denver in 2004. They were good, but their cover of Against All Odds is just horrible. I hope I never hear them play that again at a concert.

Copeland doesn't sound like Coldplay, if that is what you implied above.... This is from the other topic (that should be locked). I wasn't implying that they sounded like them. When I first tried to type out their name, I accidentally typed "Coldplay" instead. Their names sound similar.
