I don't know anything about this band or their music but GODDAMN that is the funniest and stupidest title for a song.

The Rapture are the best disco act of the past few years.
I haven't bought their new album yet, but it's supposedly even better than Echoes, which I enjoyed considerably a few years back.
I'm surprised "Get Myself Into It" wasn't a big hit on Alternative. It was inescapable on...Subterranean & Logo's NewNowNext Music. HAHAHA. And actually my station played it a lot.

^ Agreed. "Gotta Get Myself Into It" was infectious, but somehow (okay, not really "somehow") the US skipped over this.
I do disagree that they're just disco. They're more like a mix of it and rock or something else, but not just disco/house.
This song's all right though, and definitely weird title.

I, on the other hand, have had a burned copy of Echoes for a couple years, and just got around to fully digesting (and, yes, enjoying) it last month. Better than I was expecting. For all the love and hype that "House of Jealous Lovers" got 2-3 years ago, I think "I Need Your Love" and "Olio" are tons better.
