Followup to Hole in the Earth goes for adds February 6th.
Hoping for either Rapture or Beware.

I want Xerces or Kimdracula, but Beware is also a great choice. Rapture is too much like Hexagram, I think. I think it would bomb.

I hope it's "Beware," though probably nothing is going to come close to approaching what even "Hole in the Earth" did.
I love the aggression of "Rats!Rats!Rats!," though I know that'd never be a single in a million years. I can't help but lip-synch along to all the screaming. (I haven't yet learned how to scream consistently without shredding my throat, I'm not even sure I could match Chino's shrill pitch, and I don't have a proper avenue to even attempt such a thing, except for while driving.)

According to All Access, they pushed their next single down a full month to March 13th.

Rats, Rats, Rats has been being played on Music Choice's Metal station for a long time so...I dunno...

Ugh, Beware, Kimdracula, and Rapture are all on their Myspace page which is usually a good indicator on which songs will be singles. They're clever lol

And the single has been confirmed by the PRP to be Mein, which goes for adds March 13th. I'm not surprised since it has Serj on it and SOAD is more popular in the mainstream than the Deftones, so this could give them a leg up, but I don't think it's a standout track.

I don't think it's a standout track. I didn't really, either. I have it right in the middle.

i would've liked kimdracula or cherry waves as the next single. but you know maverick is gonna milk whatever they can out of that serj cameo.

As dead as "Hole in the Earth" is, what's the big hold-up? It seems the window of follow-up success is growing smaller by the week.
