wargod.arbitron.com/scripts/ndb/fmttrends2.aspThe Adult Hits format remains with 2.0 in the second season it was monitored as a format. CHR-Pop passes Urban for the fifth most popular format, behind News/Talk, Country, AC, and CHR-Rhythmic which are the top four in that order.

In Kevin Carter's (CHR/POP columnist) in the just-out issue of R&R, he notes what a great book several high-profile CHR/Pop powerhouses had. WNCI Columbus soared to a huge 10.1 in this book, while small market powerhouse Z-104 (WZEE, Madison, Wisc.) soared to a 9.0.
KIIS-FM stayed at #1 in L A with a so-so 4.4 rating, and Ryan Seacrest is doing wonderfully ratings-wise in morning drive.
WKFS in Cincinnati and WKSE (don't recall the city) also had solid books as well.

According to the newest issue of R&R, CHR/Pop stations in Harrisburg and Oklahoma City also had solid books.

WHKF Harrisburg-Lebanon-Carlisle had its Summer 2005 12+ rating be higher than its rating for any of the four seasons before Summer 2005. KJYO Oklahoma City was up over 1 share in Summer 2005 and is only 0.2 behind second place. The second through eighth stations in that market are close together. KJYO had its best season since Summer 2004, ending a streak of three consecutive down seasons. KJYO passed CHR-Rhythmic KKWD.

Didn''t WNCI's PD used to work @ WHKF before getting promoted?
I also recall that former WNCI PD/VP GM has since been sent to Chicago to oversee Country US 99.
