KROQ's most-played song of the week. I really thought this was AFI when I heard it the first few times.

They sound a lot like AFI pre-Sorrow, which makes sense since the bands are such good friends.

KROQ spinning the hell out of this actually reminds me of January '03 when they started playing the hell out of "Girl's Not Grey." I don't expect them to find AFI-like success, however.
I wish I was more familiar with Tiger Army at this point in their career because I'm sure I'd love them. Sure, I've heard their tracks on compilations I've bought. And from last year, I have an unplayed burned copy of their 3rd album which I probably would've listened to by now, had I already heard their first two albums. I just recently was able to burn off a copy of their 2nd album. I should get cracking on those now so I can justify buying the new album immediately.
