Yeah, so there's this one song I keep hearing at work that's stuck in my head and I'm sure it has to be a single somewhere, since only rarely do they play anything that isn't a single, so hopefully someone can help me.
The only things I recall is that the main chorus is repeated "come on over", and it sounds like multiple people singing the chorus, and the vocalist sounds like Adam Duritz but it's not any Counting Crows song that I can find. I thought maybe Sister Hazel but I can't find any of theirs that matches it either. It's got a brass section in it, it's pretty upbeat, and that's all I recall. If I knew more words I'd find the lyrics and have my answer but I'm never able to pick out words except for the chorus, so unfortunately I can't be more help there.
Anyone who solves this mystery will have my undying gratitude.

And before anyone says so, no, it's not Rob Thomas' Streetcorner Symphony. I thought of that.

Do any of those people sound like Adam Duritz? That's the real question here.

Christina Aguilera ...just kidding I've got nothing. Holy s**t lol. That's pretty sad that's the first song I thought of just by reading those three words. I guess that's what I get from being forced to listen to a Pop station over the past two days from a friend that's visiting here. I'm going to try to figure this out for real. If you hear it again, pay close attention and edit the original post. I'm sure eventually someone here will get it.

Never mind, I found it after much perserverance.
Ray Davies' "Thanksgiving Day".
What a great little song, and now I don't have to go crazy.

Damn. I never would have figured that out considering I don't believe I've ever heard it.
