Yes, it's her. The single goes for adds next week, it's taken from her debut solo album Mantaray, which is out in the US on October 2. "Into A Swan" peaked at #59 in the UK. I like it a lot, though I have to admit I'm only familiar with The Scream and a few other singles from her Banshees era. Listen at MySpace: www.myspace.com/siouxsiemantaray

It is a very good song. I am quite optimistic about Siouxsie's solo album.

Loves this. It's like a darker version of "Earth Intruders"!

I have the S&TB hits collection Twice Upon a Time, but I haven't listened to it in years, though.

I own their entire catalogue. All of it. Even the crap (which actually is very little - they have at least 6 remarkable albums to their name). So if anyone wants anything, holler.
I'll have to pick up this solo release, even though I'm usually wary of all the SATB side projects.

Christine and Spellbound were AMAZING. I was raised on her albums. I've downloaded this and there are a few good tracks. Hope this does well.

It's making some moves on Alt, nothing extraordinary though:

There's really no reason this shouldn't be heavily pushed on US radio. It is EXTREMELY catchy.

Again, easily one of the best rock songs of 2007. It's shocking that it's not at least a Top 10 hit on this format. I'll even venture to say it borders on masculine; nothing for the format to shy away from at all. "Here Comes That Day" is even better and deserves a Feist-level welcome mat, but I'm afraid it won't catch on over here, despite being the best Bond theme there never was. Ignoring Siouxsie is something the guilty parties will come to regret.

Great tune and I agree about "Here Comes That Day": it has the potential to become an even bigger hit. Such a great album in general. She'd definitely release atleast one more single from thi.

HCTD is next...I'm hoping "About To Happen" or "Loveless" will be third. There's a lot of variety on the album: everything from Franz Ferdinand stompers to jazzy torchsongs. And it sounds much more contemporary than I ever could have expected. She's "with it" - it's radio & TV that isn't.
