An e-mail friend of mine just asked me a very good question: with the recent outbreak of wildfires in Southern California, is it possible that Casey Kasem's shows, as well as Rick Dees shows, might not air this weekend?

I believe this weekend's AT40 was recorded the middle of last week, before L.A. was affected badly?

I believe they tape all their shows in the Burbank area (although I could be wrong) and I don't think that the San Fernando Valley was directly affected by the fires. So hopefully all will go well over the next couple of weeks.
