Michelle Branch and Nelly Furtado are back up again with +314 and +313. Would they both just go to #1 already? ;)

Dream on, irice22. Whoa, look at Pink! Over -1200! I haven't seen that in a while. "Miss Independent"and "Baby I Love U" only got just over -1000.

LOL. He didn't say anything too outlandish. Many songs in the past had slow rises to the top, especially Hot AC ones. And he's right, both songs picked up significantly over the past couple of days.

Well Nelly Furtado's is a result of her AT40 debut. But still, that's a nice increase.

Awww! You just killed my happiness! But it looks like neither song will flop anymore. Although they will probably go back down to +154 or something like that again, but then go back up to +378, then go back down, then up, and so forth.

That sucks for P!nk! I feel so bad for her. I don't! (1) She deserves it and (2) I expected it. "Feel Good Time" also had a God-awful fall.

+1190! Go Christina! I hope this song keeps building up like "Beautiful", and not start losing steam like how "Dirrty" "Fighter" and "Can't Hold Us Down" did.

I hope Christina can keep it up. I don't have high hopes, but it would be nice for it to at least match Dirrty. Just look at the stark difference between those two singles.
Pink really should have taken note of Feel Good Time flopping and went in a different direction for her 1st single. I actually think Trouble is better than FGT, but maybe the damage was already done. I think people are getting tired of her "tough girl/bad ass" persona and want something a little different. I know I do.

No Doubt would need to have longevity because at that rate it would take about 3 weeks 4 days for it to reach 6,000 spins, whereas it would take 14 weeks 5 days for "Bright Lights" to reach 6,000 spins. Can No Doubt spend 11 or 12 weeks above 6,000 spins?

I agree. Pink's second album was a really good pop album. She now wants to be hard core/punk. That may be who she actually is but I'm not so sure the US is ready for it. It wouldn't surprise me at all if her new album does much better in Europe (didn't FGT do well in Europe) than the US.

Does anyone else think Staind might eventually take off? I think there's a small chance. The song's never lost its bullet.
Meanwhile Liz Phair's gaining in the 300's. When was the last time that happened? Two months ago?

No, Liz Phair has never been over +300 (unless she was before she debuted on the coundown, which I doubt.)

I'd also like to add the fact that Stacie Orrico may make the top 10 next week! The closest huge gainer is No Doubt which is about 1300 spins behind her! According to my records Liz Phair has never been over +300. Dido is at #41 with +118, that's as best as I've seen her in about a month!

Britney is back at #13 (her peak position) but she is losing spins, and it depend on, oh will you look at that, Christina and how far her song falls if Britney plans on moving up to #12. Disclaimer: The above statements should not be taken seriously for those of you that can't take a joke.

Pink is now down 18-38. Vitamin C/Baz Luhrmann/any random song from the 1980s, anyone?

Lol. No reason why that song should be suffocating so quickly when absolute trash like "Just Like A Pill" and "Don't Let Me Get Me" were top 5's with longevity.
But that's what happens when record companies dump all their money into overblowing OutKast and keeping old crap like "Why don't you and I" afloat.

Z100 is no longer the leader for "Roc Ya Body Mic Check 1, 2," which would be on Americdan Top 40 if they went by audience like they do for Adult Contemporary. "Shake Ya Tailfeather" is down 3-9. Mandy Moore has the second worst percentage drop. "Senorita" got its bullet back but falls to 36. Young Gunz may make Blaque bullet off the chart. Eamon is going for adds so it has good potential. Jay-Z is going for adds without being on CHR-Rhythmic and Urban a long time first.

Yeah, but Lil' Jon is gaining over 100 again, which means once Christina falls out of the top 10, Lil' Jon will take its place again. >:( I hope that Stacie can steal the spot from Get Low, but that is looking less likely each day...

So Beyonce's lost her bullet! However, she's still about 150 spins ahead of 3DD whose bullet seems to be increasing again and who may be lucky and reclaim #1 later this month. However, I doubt it with the way OutKast is zooming up the chart.
Good riddance to Nelly & friends! They'll be out of the Top 10 before Sunday's update as will Christina.

Wait a minute? Isn't P!nk down 29-38?
"Señorita" regained its bullet.
Looks like Three Doors Down will go back to #1.

"Rock Your Body" now has more plays than "Señorita". However, instead of "Señorita" falling behind "Rock Your Body", "Rock Your Body" has jumped over "Señorita":
35 36 JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE Senorita 1556 1554 +2 recurr JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE Rock Your Body 1725 1528 +197
Meanwhile, Justin's first single currently is -100.

Happy to see Beyonce lose her bullet :) There's a possibility Outkast could jump 10-6 this week, but it looks like Baby Bash will keep them from doing that......
Also nice to see Simple Plan (+516), Liz Phair(+350), and Nickelback (+402) picking up quite nicely. 2 out of 3 of these songs will go Top 10 (my prediction) Stacie better hurry up if she wants to make it........
There is a 900 spin gap between 14 and 15 (Black Eyed Peas, and No Doubt) can they pass them? Clay Aiken & Ludacris make Top 30!
I hope Josh Kelley, Blaque, and Missy Elliott would go ahead already and lose their bullets. There is too big of a traffic jam in the 41-51 positions (11 straight songs with bullets.)
Jessica Simpson is already at #46, one away from beating "Sweetest Sin's" peak.
"Senorita" and "Into You" have bullets??? Whats up with that? I can predict Fabolous was going to stall similar to how Lumidee did, but not as high as the 21-23 range! Lumidee stalled in the 35-40 range.

I hope Josh Kelley, Blaque, and Missy Elliott would go ahead already and lose their bullets. range. Josh Kelley did lose his bullet for a couple days early last week, but he got it back. And how the hell did Simple Pain get a +516 bullet all of a sudden? That song was struggling in the 40s for a while.

There is a 900 spin gap between 14 and 15 (Black Eyed Peas, and No Doubt) can they pass them? No Doubt will not pass BEP this week. Next week is more likely. But, with their gains, it looks like it may take more than two weeks for No Doubt to make it to the top 10. And that is barring any jumps from Nickelback or Simple Plan, if they start gaining a whole lot. I don't think Nelly will fall out of the top 10 by this weekend. Next week is more likely.
