I think this will be a complete flop for Bon Jovi. Not like flops are anything new for them in the past years. It is currently on the Taking Off page on Mb with 1 new station, and 11 new spins.
Currently: Boston 11 Atlantic City 2
Prediction: 28

Since it's an old song revamped, it'll probably flop. I'll say #71 or so.

The average listener in NJ would have been fooled into thinking it was a Top 5 hit!

I have yet to hear this version. Is it any different from their performance at the 1989 MTV Music Video Awards? I will be picking "This Left Feels Right" on payday next week definitely. I think that is a really cool idea to play some of their biggest hits acoustically

I'm perhaps the biggest Bon Jovi fan on this board, and I think this song isn't anything special. As a matter of fact, the whole album is avergae at best. There's a point during the new "Wanted Dead or Alive" where it looks like the song is going to rock out, and then, nothing. Just a big disappointment.
The song won't reach the Top 50, and will only get the obligatory northeast airplay that every Bon Jovi song must get.

Its much more mellow than the original hits, but there is some strings and electric guitar here and there. More of a reworking of songs than anything else. It's just Richie is primarily playing acoustic guitar. A good idea that went wrong IMO, but you may think differently.

They were really disappointed.

Good idea gone bad is a good phrase to use for this. I was mildly excited for this but most of the songs fall really flat or just sound...almost silly.

I heard this one, "Livin' On A Prayer" and "Always" and every one of them pales in comparison to the original. The new arrangements are weak and border on boring.

I downloaded a couple fo tracks just to try them out and boy am I glad I did. Both songs sucked big time. I thought that this was a good idea but there delivery sucks. I heard WDOA and IBTFYand all I have to say is that they pale in comparsion with the original. I won't be picking this cd up anymo.
