This already grabbed some good adds this week, pre-impact. How far do you think this could go?
I'm not sure at all... I can't even guess. But I think it'll either flop or make the Top 10.

Well right now, Blink is in the mid 90s, but I think they could definitely hit the top 10 in a couple of months. They'll have similar success to Good Charlotte.

Mid-20s sound about right. I think Blink 182 has passed their peak as a band, with Take Off Your Pants & Jacket.

I think Blink 182 has passed their peak as a band, with Take Off Your Pants & Jacket. I would have agreed with you up until recently. This album pulled in very strong first week numbers, and the album is getting VERY favorable reviews. I think this will be Blink's biggest album to tell you the truth. This album will be the one where they are actually loooked at as a serious band... and if Alternative keeps playing them ("Feeling This" saw a big jump in its bullet since the album came out) then I see Pop following suit.

12. I also think pop will follow suit. It will be interesting to see how the follow-up singles do though.

While i agree with you about it being a fantasic album, I don't think anything they put out will be as big as Enema of The State. While its not nearly as creative or impressive instrumentally as the new self-titled, its hooks were and remain to be catchy as hell.

I like the new song, but I think it may be too complex for pop listeners. But, if they give it a fair chance I predict around #18.

Before I read the replies, I thought to myself "#26". For the sake of predicting a unique peak, I'll go up a couple to #24. This is growing on me. B-

It doesn't even look like the label is sending this to CHR/Pop. Still, it has a bullet of over 100 right now.
