Mediabase reset all last week spins to zero. If somebody saves the upcoming final update we can get trends for many songs by comparing to the R and R chart (or comparing to last week's final update if somebody has that). This is assuming that that the last week spins go up one day at a time for seven days, going past the final update. If somebody saves every days' last week total starting tomorrow, we'll have day-by-day spins for songs for seven consecutive days. I saved last week's final update. I also just checked Mediabase and now I'm not sure what you're talking about, because none of the LW spins are reset to 0.

it looks like those smart folks at RCA are putting their money to work, TVW has suspiciously gained a lot of spins just when it looked like it was almost finished.

"Get Low," is having problems getting low on the chart. Awww, that's too bad. LOL I expect a decent year end position on R&R's Top 100 of 2003. Woohoo! *chuckle* Pop program/music directors just can't give it up, good for them - they have a good ear IMO. I'm just kidding all in fun, don't mean to offend anyone. :) I'll think I will go in peace now and play my sinful pleasure of a song for the "umpteenth" time again. *chuckle* Hehehe.

No offense taken, "Get Low" is my favorite Top 10 rap hit (on pop) of the year.

There is a good chance that Christina might jump passed Liz, Maroon 5, Fountains Of Wayne, and Lil John all by sunday.

It seems like a waste of money to me. Which is why I'm wondering why they're doing it. Fools.

great for Christina. so successful, that they can just bung out a fifth single with nothing but a video supporting it, and look how well its doing!

I wonder how long Stacie Orrico will wait to release her 3rd single. And I wonder if she will get nominated for "More To Life" for next years Grammys.

Especially since the video is horrible. Even more credit to the song then!

Any reason for Kiley's sudden rebound? Do ballads work better during this time?
She did perform live for Z100, you can watch the video of her singing "Who Will I Run To?" at KileyDean.com.
I'm hoping it'll hit Top 40 soon.

Kiley is currently doing a radio tour. I think she is impressing the DJ's so much that they are becoming believers in her.
I'm with you, I sure would like to see this hit the Top 40!!

It seems "Why Can't I?" will become another great song to peak at #11. Although, I shouldn't complain. This was my #1 song all the way back in the summer, so I guess I should just be happy that it got a second-life at Pop, period. I wouldn't have guessed then that it'd still be around in December!

All Liz Phair needs is one small last push and she might make #10 next week. No one immediately below her is gaining that much. I predicted #9 for "Why Can't I?" I think.

It seems "Why Can't I?" will become another great song to peak at #11. And what a year for #11 peakers it's been, too. If this, in fact, is where Liz peaks, she'll be the 9th victim of this curse. That's gotta be some kind of record. The other songs to peak at #11 (officially, that is. They may have gone higher midweek.) this year were: Aaliyah - Miss You Good Charlotte - The Anthem Stacie Orrico - Stuck Wayne Wonder - No Letting Go Frankie J. - Don't Wanna Try Simple Plan - Addicted Good Charlotte - Girls And Boys Britney Spears feat. Madonna - Me Against The Music On the flipside, if the 12/19 chart will be the final chart R&R publishes this year (I presume it will be), it looks like 3 Doors Down should be able to hold off Baby Bash for another week (unless they, suddenly, suffer a big loss). Thus, we're on the verge of going an entire calender year without a #2 peak. That's two for the record books, I think.

We might actually get through the whole year with no #2 peaks! Baby Bash better make #2 next week and peak there! But that doesn't seem likely.

Michelle Branch lost her bullet! She should have made the Top 20, but now I'm just kind of sick of it because stations didn't jump on it fast enough, so I don't really care anymore. Let's get Dido and Sheryl Crow in the Top 20 instead.
Looks like Stacie Orrico has most likely peaked! (sick of this song, I hope when she drops, she drops FAST!) She is only down to +79 and just got backwards bulleted from #6 to #8. Even though No Doubt went from #8 to #5, their bullet has gotten dramatically smaller.
*The battle inside the Top 20 has come to an end, no one really won. The war has been a bad thing. Matchbox Twenty was killed, and Christina Aguilera, Ludacris, Chingy, and Clay Aiken were injured and are only moving slowly now. *Which of these 4 songs can recover and make the Top 10? (I'm thinking Ludacris) Which of these 4 songs will suffer and die (lose their bullet) in the next 2 or so weeks?
Top 50 debuts: Evanescence, Young Gunz, and maybe Jason Mraz & Murphy Lee. Who goes recurrent this week?

Ludacris will more than likely make the Top 10 next week, bumping out Santana. I hope Christina can come back and keep Ludacris from making Top 10. I hope Chingy loses his bullet fast, the song is ugh! I can't even describe it without getting disgusted. Michelle Branch lost her bullet, oh well, I thought this would be a big hit, but now it's ok, the song is so old to me now anyways, I just hope her backlash isn't coming already, especially after the photos, that could really have hurt her. On the other hand Alanis and Vanessa will be back soon, so I'm happy. Sarah McLachlan needs to make Top 50!! Sheryl Crow was looking pretty good last week, now she's died a little, Beyonce jumped her. I really think Nickelback may be the next #1! This should be very interesting, will it be No Doubt or Nickelback, maybe, hopefully not, Baby Bash will make #1, that just doesn't sound like #1 material to me though. Does anyone know if there will be a 4th Matchbox Twenty single or are they done? And finally, there seems to be a lot of posts containing add dates for songs, can someone post all of those add dates up until the end of January?!.

Crap! Now they're aloud to payalo! ;) Hopefully one of the falling songs will make her go up into the Top 20 before Outkast passes her. I don't now how likely this is since I haven't seen the latest update because mediabse seems to be down.

I think Matchbox will release a 4th single but without a video so it probably won't go anywhere.
Someone posted on their message board that she took some kind of short survey on Ratethemusic that was between All I Need and Downfall so I look for one of these songs to be the 4th single. Just a guess on my part. I also think they may wait until February or later to go for adds.

I feel that Matchbox Twenty will release a 4th single... but it'll likely pull a "Last Beautiful Girl" and barely scrape the top 40.
I hope either Nickelback or No Doubt gets #1 after Outkast gets about 6 weeks on top.
