I'm guessing that Matt's CHR station of choice in Mobile is WABB.

Dear God.

I don't listen to that station enough to notice the gross overplay, but yes, I do tend to listen to WABB more.

And look at that dropoff from #5 to #6: 123 spins to 48.

Just for kicks, I'm going to turn on Hot 104 (WYOK) and see what song is playing.

...It's "Harder to Breathe", which is #15 on their playlist. But I'll bet one of their top 5 will come on within 15 minutes.

It is insane to play 5 songs over 125 spins each, but at least unlike WKGS it is a balanced station. WKGS is currently playing "If I Can't" by 50 Cent, it's at #4, 115 spins! That song hasn't even gone for adds or anything, and no wonder why "Into You" took forever to fall, they're still playing it 112 times a week.
