On certain topics there is a N/A and you can't reply. Why is that?

On certain topics there is a N/A and you can't reply. Why is that? It just happens with Proboards sometimes. It's the best we can get for a free board though.

It has something to do when replying to a topic. Sometimes shortly after, you can't reply to it anymore. :(
