How do I get a picture that is on my hard drive to appear in my profile?

You'll need to use some sort of image hosting site. There are a bunch of free ones like PhotoBucket or ImageShack. I recommend the second one. It lets you upload any picture and then even generates the code you need to get it visible. Once you have uploaded a picture, go to the Profile button up at the top of the screen here and then scroll down and check the box next to I Have My Own Pic. Then you enter the code for the uploaded pic you want. |
