More changes to AT40 :(

Sadly there are more changes to American Top 40 coming. Here's the latest scoop I got from a friend who works on the show:
I really don't like these new changes to AT40. Seacrest is fine, but I think that Casey is definately better. Casey will continue to countdown the AC shows.
I'm also sad that the show will no longer be released on CD.
Last year America's Top Hits left, this year Casey leaves, the Mediabase chart leaves, and the days of sending shows out via a recording medium will be gone. :'(
We didn't find out today until a meeting at 10:30. Isn't it great that the fans know what's going on before the people that work on the show even do?
Anyway, Ryan will be taking over the Top 40 show the second weekend of January, plus there will be a different, unpublished chart (believe me, I fought hard against it). They're going to be sending out the Top 40 show via the internet to radio stations so they won't be released on CD anymore. Sorry.
