Any predictions??
I think this will do much better than "Rain On Me." This has a much more pop feel to it. However, I dont think it will do extremely well like "Foolish" and "Rock Wit U"
Prediction: #21

Is this her official followup to ROM?? It seems a little rushed since ROM just went for pop adds this past week. I was hoping that she wouldn't release this song. I think it is my least favorite on her cd.
My prediction: #25

Yes it is the official. They know and have accepted "Rain On Me" as a pop flop. I don't understand. Didn't ROM just go for adds??? How can it be a flop already. "Rain On Me" is a much superior song imo

They should've released it to pop radio when the song was popular. ROM didn't have to be a pop flop. Break Up 2 Makeup was my pick for album cuts when the album first came out. I'll predict #9.

This is going to be her "Baby I Love U"!
I'm going to say #27.

As much as I love "Rain On Me," I can really see why the song flopped at pop radio. It has too much of an urban/R&B sound.
"Breakup 2 Makeup," is more poppy. If sent to pop I think she has a decent chance of at least making the lower twenties or so.

"Rain On Me" was just a mess. They sent it to pop radio too long after it peaked at Urban.
The reason I said that is because it's a slow pop song by an artist who doesn't really have a talent with vocals.

Rain on me is a great song. Just because she isn't constantly trying to prove she can sing by doing vocal gymnastics in all her songs does not make this song any worse than any other great slow jam.
This song is far and away better than Baby I Love You.

I think it is my least favorite on her cd. I'm guessing they won't actually release this until late January or early Feburary. The Christmas video just came out and the "Rain On Me (Remix)", plus they have yet to shoot a video for the song.

Are you sure the adds date for "Rain On Me" wasn't cancelled? Even if it did peak on Urban long ago, I find it hard to believe it wouldn't even get 3 adds.

I predict #30. This is one of the worst songs I've ever heard.

LOL
It's certainly Ashanti's worst single, solo or collaboration. I don't understand why she's even releasing this. It's like asking for a flop. "Sweet Baby" and "Feels So Good" are definitely more of what people would expect from Ashanti and what would keep the hit streak going.

I like it. But it has already sort of peaked on my chart at #16, which is her second biogest flop, next to "Dreams" (and excluding Christmas singles). It will do better than "Rain On Me" on both CHR/Pop and CHR/Rhythmic. But (whatever the label is called now) needs to payola it to #1.
My prediction: #1
