Smart choice, as it was either "Breathe In, Breathe Out" or "Heaven Has To Wait" which could boost some album sales. Neither can SAVE the album though. "Heaven Has To Wait" is a decent ballad, but it's a harder commercial sell so "Breathe" is indeed the best choice imo.
On Rachel's official site, it states she is working on a new version of "Breathe In, Breathe Out" for the single in Stockholm, Sweden right now.
Hopefully, this catchy tune can be an easy Top 15 so everyone can forget the major "Funkydory" flop.
If this does well in the UK and "Sweet Dreams My LA Ex" exceeds everyone's expectations Stateside, we'll probably be seeing this as single #2 for the States.

Excellent choice!! On the official "Funky Dory" thread, I remember choosing "Breathe In Breathe Out" as one of the better songs on the record. Too bad "Funky Dory," the single, did horrible, I'm just stasrting to like it.
Is Rachel really aiming to crack America? ???

I'm not sure about the US.
Listening to "Breathe In, Breathe Out" in its entirety, I have to take back my opinion. The chorus is catchy but I just can't picture this cracking the Top 15. I think this will flop in the low 20s or even 30s and seal the album's fate. Besides "Sweet Dreams," her album is chock full of filler.

"Breath In, Breath Out" is pretty good! I remember her official site forgetting the E's.
