News posted at her official message board: The new single will be released July 12 in the UK. Chris Martin wrote it and also sings backing vocals and plays the piano on the track. You can listen here, just click RnB Chart. It's about 48 minutes in. www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/urban/nelson/chart.shtml

I love her version of "Numb." It's amazing.
Unfortunately Jamelia is as greedy as Jessica Simpson, so my "Thank You" CD does not have this song on it.

This song is really good. I hope she has had an attitude adjustment, but judging from how greedy she and her record company are, I won't be buying anything from her soon.

Great song... I love the music in it.
Her 3 singles are all good but the rest of the album is a different style from those 3 songs with lots of 'let's go clubbing' type hip-hop songs that are kinda boring.
I hope this single is successful tho - it's better than "Thank You".

Wow, the video for this is AWESOME! Looks really expensive, like an American Artist video or something. The label obviously have a LOT of faith in Jamelia.
Question: Does the Australian edition of 'Thank You' (the album) have 'Antidote' on it? It got stuck as a bonus track in the UK, but it's my fave off the album. A really lovely ballad, much better than all those clubby tracks which, like you say, are mostly a bit dull.

Yes the Aussie version has "Antidote" - I love that song. It has a kinda dreamy, hypnotic feel. That song and the 3 singles are the best songs on the album.
The rest are all way below the standard I expected. "Off Da Enz" is decent.... nothing else is really worth listening to much. The album is kind of annoying.

"See It In A Boy's Eyes" rocks! I like the Spanish theme in the video, too.
Now I'm even more upset that my "Thank You" album doesn't have it. The only listenable songs on my version of the album are the first three singles. Bloody unfair!

wasn't 'Antidote' a main track on the original "Thank You" release? Wow, the video for this is AWESOME! Looks really expensive, like an American Artist video or something. I like the song but I think the video is god awful.
I watched the video first and didn't like it at all, but when I listened without watching the video I realized it was a good song.

Not as good as Thank You, but much better than Superstar.
The video is phenomenal. Must had cost a fortune.

The video is phenomenal. Must had cost a fortune. Huh? Other than some good cinematography, there was nothing there that would cost money at all.

Huh? Other than some good cinematography, there was nothing there that would cost money at all. For a UK act that has not experienced that much success overseas, the video was pretty good. The extras alone must had cost a lot because there were a lot of extras in the video.

Ouch! After a #1 with 'Superstar' and a #8(?) with 'Thank You'. 'See It In A Boys Eyes' debuts at a pitiful #43 in Australia! What happened? It's way better than 'Thank You'. I thought this'd be the one to REALLY establish her. :(
Still, it's a hit in the UK. Her album's Platinum here now.
