Jagged Edge: "Let's Get Married" is the Number 99 recurrent and is ahead of their newer and biggest hit, "Where The Party At?" It's also ahead of 2000 hits including "Try Again," "Gossip Folks," "I'd Do Anything," and "I'm Glad" and it's ahead of "All Or Nothing" and "Independent Women Part 1," two Number 1s released in the same year as it.

I would say that Blaque's "808" is the biggest hit that never made top 40. It's the #15 gold and barely behind "Higher", a huge hit from the same year.

Yeah, I really don't know why my station and others love this song.

The Spice Girls' "Spice Up Your Life" never made the Top 40, but I would say that's a pretty well-known song.
But the biggest hit that never charted was probably one of the big songs on other formats, particularly Alternative. Songs like "By The Way", "Faint", Seven Nation Army" and such.

Are Jagged Edge from Detroit? They play "Let's Get Married" on Detroit stations as though it was a new song.

The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Hypnotize" is another chart "no show" that seems to have been among the top 30 gold for ages now.

I meant to say 2000. Jagged Edge are from Atlanta. DuckHead, I'm talking about the biggest hit on CHR-Pop. Matt, I won't count "808" because it did chart and was on the chart a while after it was released.

Jack Johnson's "Flake" would be a good example of a non-charting hit on CHR/Pop

"What I Like About You" - The Romantics Ahh! Thanks. My brother and I heard that song in the car the other day and we were wondering who sang it. "The Romantics" popped in my head, but I began to eventually doubt myself. Another good one is Modern English - "I Melt With You".

How about "Fly to the Angels" by Slaughter. Reached top 20 on the Hot 100 but failed to chart on R/R... and that was in 1990!!

Hey, I was just about to post that! I heard it on the radio recently and thought, "Hmmm, I wonder where that peaked." So I went to the R&R charts page and couldn't find it on there. So I looked it up in Whitburn and it reached somewhere in the 70s.
