How do they work? Do they send songs for adds? Where can you see the adds date? And blah blah.
I hate it because here in Puerto Rico I usually hear the most random songs on the radio. Nelly is on like her third single and I still hear Promiscous ALL the time. They are spinnin Shakira's Dia Especial instead of La Pared ???
Jennifer Lopez' single leaked AGES ago and still no station has played it.
Anyone?

Good question, I would like to know as well. When I was in Mexico, I heard Kudai's "Ya Nada Queda" a lot of times. I thought it was their new single but that was a single in 2004.

I can't make any sense of this, one reason why I haven't posted much in this part of the forum.

That's so old though! It came out in 2004 or 2005.
Latin stations are weird.

How do they work? Do they send songs for adds? Basically, record companies pay thousands of dollars to the radio stations so that they can overplay their artists' respective singles. This is why artists can easily reach #1 on the billboard charts without really having to sell many albums.

Yawn. Since when do you need to sell many albums to hit #1 on a SINGLES chart?
