I just realized that if when Britney Spears slows down (which I'm expecting and hoping for!), Linkin Park have what looks pretty much like a home run to #1. *shudders*

Well it seems unsurprising ex post, since when you really think about it, Ruben caters to the Urban & Urban AC market and Clay caters to the AC market, so Kimberley's song (which I haven't heard, but have read several people describing it as a pop song) should in fact peak higher on the pop chart. Well, how did "A Moment Like This" do? Top 5, it was no less AC than Clay's. I would have figured due to the hype atleast Clay would make Top 40. And "8th World Wonder" doesn't seem like a song pop would play.

Before I forget, let us celebrate the shrinking of Hilary Duff's bullet. Imagine the nightmare if she was in the Top 3 at the same time as Britney and Jessica!
Twista is also way down to +400s.
Sheryl Crow should be #16 this Sunday. The following week she might have to look out for Maroon5 and Janet Jackson.

She has zero talent: can't sing, plays no instruments, cannot write songs, and cannot dance. At least Britney looks hot shaking her ass. Ms. Duff needs to disappear.

yay! I'm glad to see Evanescence's bullet has increased and Linkin Park's has decreased. :) Hope they can maintain their bullet in the 700's for the remainder of the week.

On Billboard in 1974-1975, the number one song changed virtually every week. This also resulted in some rather fast falls from #1. Yep, Billboard's record happened at the beginning of 1975. There were 12 consecutive one-week #1s. Thus, there were 14 consecutive weeks of different #1s. 01/11 (2nd of 2 weeks) Elton John - Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds 01/18 1 Barry Manilow - Mandy 01/25 1 The Carpenters - Please Mr. Postman 02/01 1 Neil Sedaka - Laughter In The Rain 02/08 1 Ohio Players - Fire 02/15 1 Linda Ronstadt - You're No Good 02/22 1 Average White Band - Pick Up The Pieces 03/01 1 Eagles - Best Of My Love 03/08 1 Olivia Newton-John - Have You Never Been Mellow? 03/15 1 Doobie Brothers - Black Water 03/22 1 Frankie Valli - My Eyes Adored You 03/29 1 LaBelle - Lady Marmalade 04/05 1 Minnie Riperton - Lovin' You 04/12 (1st of 2 weeks) Elton John Band - Philadelphia Freedom

Fuel may actually surpass their current #18 peak at CHR/Pop with a sudden loss of grip by Beyonce, assuming Ludacris falls below #17 before the Sunday update.
Their chart run for "Falls On Me" truly is interesting, considering they have currently peaked higher here than on Hot AC and it couldn't go Top 10 on Alternative.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton
