The Mya version that is. This is my favorite song by her (along with "Case of the Ex" ) and I am loving it more than ever now. I suppose this song is too good for pop radio.

It's urban adult alterative sounding and that's just not a genre that will cut it at pop radio.

Its no good. There's nothing good about this song IMO and alot of other people's opinion. I wouldn't have minded it being a hit though.

I blame those dumb rock/metalheads who request "Falls On Me", "Numb", "Someday", "Behind Blue Eyes", etc.
That and the year-end break that messes up the trajectories of a lot of songs on the chart.

It was an average song that did not have that much push from the record label.

It should've done much better, I found it quite pop-friendly.

Huh? I love all those songs you just mentioned, and I love "Fallen" too. What am I? Maybe all there weren't enough dumb Urban fans to pull off a higher peak for Mya.

I thought the original version of the song was a bit boring. The remix is much better though, but I'm not sure if Pop radio would play that.

its a good song. yea, somewhat boring. however, i never expected it to do well on pop. Many Urban AC songs dont do well on pop at all.

I blame those dumb rock/metalheads who request "Falls On Me", "Numb", "Someday", "Behind Blue Eyes", etc. Yes, because we all know that Nickleback, Limp Bizkit, Fuel and Linkin Park are heavy metal bands who make hardcore music.

I don't believe I've ever heard the remix, but the original is as boring as hell. Glad it flopped.

It was.... good. But could you really imagine a station having it in heavy rotation?

It was a good song, really started hearing it and liking it after it had already slown way down, too bad. I guess you could ask the same question as to why the other "Fallen" hasn't became a hit either?

I wonder why also... The song is radio-friendly... Well, it's kinda true that this song is not as appealing as her other hits like "Wo" or "Case Of The Ex".

Should "Fallen" have been a hit?
Ehhhhhhhh...nah! Too slow and bland to me.
As for the other "Fallen" by Sarah McLachlan, I wish that was a hit but radio just doesn't seem built right now for the likes of her like in the "Angel" days.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

I liked the song but a little boring and repetitive sounding to climb any higher.

I actually liked "Fallen" more that "....Whoa!" it just doesn't work well the radio.

I agree with what many are saying about the song. "Fallen," is indeed quite bland.
Probably one of the blandest and most boring song that I've ever heard from an R&B female, in my opinion.

This is also my favorite song of hers since Case Of The Ex. This song deserved better, way better. Its one of the things that radio has done wrong lately beyond the mostly good they are capable of nowdays. I heard her next single is "Step", that wont go anywhere here or at any format. "Things Come And Go" will score her another hit if released

I liked it, but I can see why it wasn't a hit. There's nothing remotely special about it.
