I'll go with No Doubt here, although I like both.

Anyone have a link to "It's My Life"? Couldn't find it on All Access unless I overlooked it.

Both are good, but No Doubt's rendition is classic!

I like Sixpence's but even from the fuzzy mp3 I heard No Doubt's sounded good.

Nothing lasts forever... there's always someone who's willing to place a sympathy vote. Or in this case, 2 people.

I didn't think Sixpence's version was bad at all. But I can't listen to No Doubt's "It's My Life" anymore. I am totally burned out on it. So I ended up voting for "Don't Dream It's Over"

The original by Talk Talk has to be one of my favorite songs of the '80's. Even though No Doubt's version is far inferior, and "Don't Dream It's Over" is a decent song, I still pick "It's My Life".

It's My Life. Both versions are great - one's as good as the other to me.

I voted Sixpence although I like both. Although "Don't Dream It's Over" wasn't on the "How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days"'s soundtrack, it was wonderfully used in the TV commercials which persuaded me to go watch it.

I'm going against the tide here. For the song's merits alone, Don't Dream It's Over is a better song IMO.
