The CD is filled with songs that obviously won't be released so it was easy to pick them out.
I think "No Sleep Tonight" and "Things Come & Go" are obviously the best songs that haven't been released, but I'll place my vote for the former.

Out of these, I voted for "No Sleep Tonight." However, I wish she would release "Sophisticated Lady" or "Why You Gotta Look So Good?"

It depends what format Mya wants to target. If she wants to target Pop and/or Rhythmic, then she should release "No Sleep Tonight." However, "You" is a great Urban ballad that could re-estbalish her as an R&B artist rather than a Pop artist, as she's looked as now.

Well none of these happened, but I think that "You" would be more geared toward pop, and "No Sleep Tonight" toward urban. Too bad they didn't go with NST as single #2

they did Mya sooooooooo wrong. Maybe interscope spent so much money on getting BEP played that none was left for Mya?
I think she had a tone of single worthy tracks and had the best contemporary female r&b album of 2003.
"Things come and Go" should have been the 2nd single. Sean Paul was red hot at the time and pop would have eaten that song up with a spoon!
"step" this would have been an easy and i thought obvious choice for a 2nd single if they didnt go with "things come and go" because its a missy produced song and it just seems really typical. I was surprised this didnt get a release.
"you" is an amazing ballad and i think it would have done well released in the winter time to urban and rhythmic and if it was a hit there, it could be sent to pop.
"why u gotta look so good" is just a urban JAM! it featured Lloyd banks and at that time G-unit was pretty big so this song could have made ALOT of noise at urban and rhythmic.
"taste this" was always a favorite of mine. i dont think it could have been a big hit though its not as radio friendly as the other songs but with a little push she could have done something minor.
"late" is a song alot of females can probably relate to. and i think out of pure cleverness it could have been released. its something different that is not touched on by many female rtists. I think this song could have gone either way. A big hit or a big flop.
"whatever b**ch" i think this would have been a HUGE hit at pop. They would have had to edit it to "whatever chick" of course but it would have definately done well for her. Every female i know who has heard this song loved it the moment they heard it because they could releate to it. And it had a hot beat. This song could have sealed Mya as a artist that pop radio looks for (because she seems to fluctuate between pop releases and urban releases but she seems to have more success at pop) and it also could have introduced her to the whole gay community and that could her get up to the Janet, Madonna, Britney type of success in that community. And also a HOT dance video, which is something she is known for (being a great dancer) could have really sent this song over the top. I know it seems liek an odd release and i thought so too until i saw the reception of it.
So i would have released............ "whatever b**ch/chick" to pop and rhythmic and "you" to urban for her second single. and "things come and go" to pop/rhythmic/urban as her 3rd.
