I highly doubt they would release "Black Math" that seems to be the least radio friendly track on the whole cd so that is why I didn't add that to the poll. I left out "I Want To Be The Boy To Warm Your Mothers Heart" for prety much the same reasons. I shouldve left off "Ball & Biscuit" because it is way too long but it is by far the best track on the whole cd. They could make an awesome radio edit out of that song This is of course assuming that they decide to release a 4th single. I don't see why they wouldn't. I want to vote for B&B but the length of the song would prevent it from being anything major. The next best choice in my mind would be "In The Cold Cold Night". They haven't released a single that Jack hasn't fronted on it would be interesting to see how it would do.

LOL, I'd say that "Black Math" fits radio more than some of the songs you managed to list anyways...
I went with "The Air Near My Fingers", because it's something that radio would be likely to play, and the hooks are clear.. However, I'm not sure that would ever happen, I think I read somewhere that Jack doesn't like that song.
And after that I'd think of "Ball & Buscuit", since radio stations are playing it, and I'm sure it will be the 4th single if there is one. However, they're kind of in danger on a future release if the current single only peaked at #25 on alt, which was way lower than the first two singles peaked. Radio is playing it quite a bit, and I'm sure that V2 or Jack White aren't the ones who will be giving the edit, it will just be done by radio stations.
Despite sounding a lot like their breakthrough hit "Fell In Love With A Girl", "Hypnotize" would work well, but one thing that made that so catchy was the fact that the "ahh-ahh-ahhh-ahh"s are present there and sing-along, but that doesn't mean that this wouldn't stand out good on its own. It's structure is obvious enough.
I think that like "Black Math", "Girl, you have no faith in medicine" is moving enough for the radio, and certainly short enough.
It would crack me up to hear "be like the squirrel, girl", on the radio, even though unfortunately I don't think that "Little Acorns" is that great of a single, although an excellent track. Of course, the first minute would be edited out.
It's unfortunate that the guitar sounds too much like "Dead Leaves", because otherwise "There's No Home For You Here" would work well. It's got catchy lyrics and unlike the latter, there are words for a chorus.
Even though I love "In The Cold Cold Night", and it would be interesting to see how TWS would do with a Meg track, it doesn't really sound like something that the radio would play, unfortunately.
One that has her on part of it, "Well It's True That We Love One Another", is my least favorite, and would not do well as a single at all. That would be a death blow to Elephant, I think.
However, "You've Got Her In Your Pocket" is probably viewed as "too boring" for a single, and is my second least favorite track from the album (although I like it just fine).... And I think that's all of the tracks.

I think "The Air Near My Fingers" would be a perfect single, but I guess if Jack doesn't like the song then it's not going to be released.
And why was "I Want To Be The Boy..." left off? I think they should have released that as a single.
Actually I think the second single should have been "I Just Don't Know...", then the third single should've been "I Want To Be The Boy..." and then the fourth would be "The Air Near My Fingers." I think releasing "Hardest Button to Button" as the second single was a mistake...it was a weak choice IMO.
Although, I read that "There's No Home For You Here" was going to be released as a vinyl single in Europe.

Since Jack White's duet with Loretta Lynn goes for adds at AAA next month, do you think they'll hold off on another White Stripes single for awhile?
