Her unique style & voice put her above Sheryl in my book :)

This is hard. I would put undecided, but I think I'll come up with an answer tomorrow. I think Alanis has more of a unique style, but Sheryl shows more lasting power. I'm not sure.

Overall, Alanis. But Sheryl has the edge in recent material.

Overall, Alanis. But Sheryl has the edge in recent material. I agree. Jagged Little Pill is way better, in my opinion, than any album Sheryl Crow came out with. I'd say the CD more than makes up for anything Alanis has done since then which seems a dissapointment. I'm definitely a fan of Sheryl Crow's work, and her recent stuff may be superior to Alanis', but yeah, Alanis gets the edge here overall.

Sheryl. I liked Alanis in 8 years ago but hearing her new music makes me jump out of my skin immediately.

"Jagged Little Pill" is one of my favorite albums of all time, but everything else Alanis has recorded has been mediocre and boring to me. Sheryl's been far more consistent with her music, so I vote for her.

Sheryl Crow is more consistently good though Alanis is capable of some extraordinary songs. Neither has been especially strong recently.

I went with Sheryl. However, I <3 them both. I give Sheryl a 9.7/10, and Alanis a 9.6/10. They're both extremely talented. :)

Sheryl is consistently making quality music. Too bad the same can't be said for Alanis.
