I use WinAmp and I sort my playlist based on personal charts.
For Example my main playlist "The Hits" has all of my currents + Top 20 recurrents in queue once. Then positions...
1-3; are in queqe 4x (in addition to...) 4-6; are in queqe 3x 7-9; are in queqe 2x 10-11 and Recurrents 1-2; are in queqe 1x
Also, my other playlists based on genre (Pop, Rock, Slow, etc) are programmed with any current song that is Top 10 (at the moment) getting an additional queqe.

No
I'm not a thief so I don't use any file-sharing programs anymore. I don't even have the mp3s of most of the songs on my chart.

My computer can tell me which files are used most often, so I could make my personal chart from that. My top five are always the five songs I listen to the most, but 6-20 vary.
