For this week, Y100 increased Usher's Yeah by 2 spins, however, they lowered Burn by 24 spins.
Suga Suga gained 23 spins.
What on your stations looks funny?

WYOY decreased "My Immortal" by ten spins (78 to 68), but increased "Bring Me to Life" by three (19 to 22). They also have "Unwell" in the top 30.

My rhythmic station's had "Baby Girl" by Jay Tee in its top four for at least a month now.
Crap, if the station was monitored, the song would jump about 100 spots up!

"Yeah!" is currently +10, so being +2 on a station would be near the mean, but -24 for "Burn" is certainly far off from the chart. WBLI also decreased "My Immortal" and increased "Bring Me To Life." The other songs in their Top 30 they increased that have already peaked are "The Way You Move," "Here Without You," "Headstrong," "Perfect," and "In Da Club."

My station several times will play artists older songs than their newer ones, it's real annoying. When "Are You Happy Now?" came out they insisted on all of the sudden playing "All You Wanted" a lot. It's happened to "When I'm Gone" to "Here Without You" and now to "Away From The Sun," it takes each 3 Doors Down single to at least reach the top 5 or higher before they will outplay the older one with the latest, I guess that's why "Here Without You" is still above "Away From The Sun," and it probably always will be. Currently they have also decided to play "I'm With You" more than "Don't Tell Me."

EvanJ, sounds like you live in Columbus, Ohio or Charlotte, NC. They are big test markets and stay very conservative unless they are sure on a hit. I have to go but i'll discuss later.

WNCI 97.9 is wayyyyyyyy to conservative! The DJ'S are not cool or hip at all. Why are they not playing Mario Winans "I Don't Wanna Know? It's a top 10 hit song! This is the same thing did in the 90's. There were some hit songs they never played at all. No urban or dance/pop songs during the day at all. They are more like a Hot AC station. They have a 70's 80's lunch show five times a week with NO new music at all, or 90's music. J-Kwon "Tipsy" is only being played 20 something times a week. WNCI is way too slow to play new music. When they do it's all rock/ Hot AC music. No Sean Paul, Mis-Teeq etc

WHOT 101.1 Chr/Pop in Youngstown, Ohio, is by far the WORSE pop station in Ohio hands down!
They make WNCI look like Z100 in New York City!

Also, as soon as Toxic started to slow down a little bit, it peaked here about 2 weeks ago.

Sad thing about WNCI, is they have actually changed to play more Hip\Hop a lot lately, at least for them. For almost 2 months, they were playing In Da Club more than any other station. In the summer, where Unwell was peaking at #3, they decided to not play it at all, when two weeks before, they were playing 80 times a week, then decided to play it agai nat full power. I dont get it. They love recurrents as well. Once a song is picked up at WNCI , you know its a hit, or is going to be. The good thing in Columbus is the extremely liberal, very hip, CD101, which is outstanding for alternative music.

Is Kiss 108 ever going to stop playing "Breathe" by Michelle Branch. They've been playing it forever and hardly ever had it over 30x.
