Honestly, when I first heard about this song I thought this was just going to be some lame comeback attempt to jump-start her career. Well, it's a pretty catchy song and it's already in the Top 40 at pop with a +300! :o I'm surprised, this sounded like more of a rhythmic song to me. The Fabolous rap doesn't help the song much IMO, but other than that it's a guilty pleasure of mine... your predictions? I say #24.

This'll get Top 10. It'll do what Milkshake did for Kelis.....give her a Top 10 hit but generate no album sales. She's going to need one more Top 10 hit to sell her album....for real.

YUCK.
"Dip It Low" is only good in its video form. The audio-only form is incredibly..

The song is nice, but it isn't very pop friendly. If "Dip It Low," surpasses her minor pop hit, "AM to PM," then I'll be very shocked.

I wonder how many of these pop radio spins are coming from her dance mixes. Because I agree that this song is not very pop-radio friendly.

Can she not be credited for her smash hits as J-Lo's ghost singer?

This song is getting a lot of requests on my pop station. It's so bland!

The song sounds dated. This sound has been played out. It'll probably pull a Hotel (both sound like they came straight outta 2001)

Midweeks suggest it's gonna be her biggest hit yet in the UK, in at #2.
She's always been more succesful here though. Not to ANastacia standard, but 'Am to PM' and 'When You Look At Me' were both huge Radio hits and peaked at #3 on the singles chart. Her collaboration with Romeo 'It's All Gravy' was #9 too.

I love this song, and the video just makes it even better, it's really an amazing video.
Actually I saw it played on MTV as 'Spankin New', so hopefully she'll get even more exposure...

She looks a lot like Beyonce in the video. Yeah. I finally heard this earlier today (when the video came on) and I thought it was some kind of remix to "Baby Boy". It's crap. And what was the deal with smothering herself in black ink or whatever that was?

To catch the girl in from frame where is looks like Beyonce and call her a wanna be is ridiculous.
Beyonce's body has never looked as flawless as Ms. Milian's does, and Beyonce sure can't move like Christina.
I predict number 4 for this song, and a Grammy nomination for "Best Dance Recording"

Christina might be a Beyonce wannabe, but since she's far better than Beyonce, it's a bit moot really.

Christina Milian needs to get her own identity. Seriously.

I really recommend the "Dip It Low (JJ Flores Double J Extended Remix)." It's awesome and it has a disco-vibe to it.
Thanks, Ben

To catch the girl in from frame where is looks like Beyonce and call her a wanna be is ridiculous. Is that why Def Jam used that frame for her single's cover? ;) Also, she completely bit off Aaliyah's style in the "When U Look At Me" video. I echo what Adonis posted! With that being said, I liked her first album a lot, and "It's About Time" is pretty good too. "Peanut Butter & Jelly"! My favorite is definitely "L-O-V-E," followed by "Down For You," which sounds R. Kelly-like. Did he produce it?

I say, so what if she looks and entertains like Beyonce. *shrugs* She sounds totally different. How can one be so ridiculous to deny another pretty face like Christina Milian? She is gorgeous. I don't care how much of a twin she is like Beyonce. I think she looks and sounds great. There is enough room for everyone to eat. So I don't really feel there is a valid reason for anyone to be jealous of her. I remember many comparisons of Beyonce looking like J-Lo, in her "Crazy In Love," video. It is normal for a stylistic formula to be trickled down from an artist to artist. because it is usually successful with an audience and works well. Many younger female stars look up to pop veterans like Madonna, Janet, Mariah, and Whitney. Where do you think Britney, Beyonce, and a ton of others get some of their style? Britney, Jessica, and Hillary Duff, in some way has a resemblance. But hey they are all doing their thing and successful with it. They are all great to watch from time to time. So I think it is just great to sit back and watch at these beautiful girls perform and show off their talent in some way. That's what I really call musical entertainment. Okay so the 'black ink' scene was a little out there in left field, but hey it isn't that bad. ;) I definitely don't hate Christina Milian, or any artist for that matter. I feel every artist should have their chance to shine one way or another.

I've actually been following Miss Milian since her "AM to PM" days, and her hair has been this color for a full year now, lol! But she looks good. Beyonce wasn't the first one with that hair color and she certainly won't be the last! It's a good color and hot look :)

I definitely agree that every artist should be able to shine in their own way and I rarely begrudge someone success, however Milian seems like she has no originality. Even from her music before... Whoever said she needs to find her own identity, I agree. I think this will be a hit, but not really break her as an artist (if that makes sense)
