It seems rather odd that there hasn't been a thread for this week's AT40. Why is that?

Apparently Ryan & his homies have damaged the show so much, nobody cares anymore...

I'd agree with you both except I am interested in knowing what songs debuted and what songs fell off, as well as what songs were played as an extra just so I'll know what songs will get a significant boost/drop in spins within the next couple days.

I heard AT40 this morning on 95.7 in Denver. I only caught a small bit though.

I heard about five minutes of it. The "movie" song featured this week was "Feel Good Time" by Pink.

They also did a feature where an eight year old girl called the school cafeteria and said that her sister came home sick from eating their chicken. Man, that girl had an attitude. If I had a little girl who was talking like that to someone on the phone, I would have warmed her little hiney!

BTW, the AT40 correspondent was Brotha' Fred of KHFI/Austin...he just mentioned some of the promotions and crap going on at the station. But does someone in Manchester, New Hampshire seriously give a crap about what 96-7 KissFM in Austin is doing? I didn't think so.
Ryan mentioned three 'great stations'... 92 Pro FM in Providence, G105 in Raleigh/Durham, and something else in Iowa or something like that. Just FYI.

He played Hit 'Em Up Style as the Rewind song? Didn't that debut in mid-July?? I know for a fact that at this point in 2001, I hadn't even heard of the song yet!

Our PMB Correspondant Cerebo is nowhere to be seen :( Occasionally, even I go away for the holiday weekend (and, occasionally, you just need a week off from Ryan Seacrest). Thanks for the pinch-hit, Degrassi Obsessed.

Yeah, Casey Kasem's flashbacks are not necessarily from the same time of year and Ryan seems to have a case of "monkey-see, monkey-do".
