Here's the latest Red Book from Arbitron: www.arbitron.com/downloads/redbook_fa06.pdfSome changes in market population rankings include: Houston-Galveston passed Philadelphia for Market 6. Portalnd passed Pittsburgh for Market 23. Riverside-San Bernardino (now Market 25) passed Cleveland (now Market 26) and Sacramento (now Market 27). San Antonio passed Kansas City for Market 29. Edit: www.fmqb.com/Article.asp?id=285857 says Atlanta passed Detroit for Market 9 which I didn't notice before. It also mentions changes which happened recently but not between Spring 2006 and Fall 2006.
