I'm glad we can still look forward for Avril and Maroon 5 debuting giving them even more spins. Have either debuted on Rick Dees? This includes the sure shot.

While I'm not positive, it seems that my old station in St John's Newfoundland has dropped this Top 40 in favour of Casey Kasem! YAY! It's the Hot AC version. Avril was #10 and now 'Bad Day' is on because it was one of the biggest hits three years ago. '100 Years' is coming up and Casey is talking about what the world was like 100 years ago "when radio didn't exist." This is neat!

Edit: Ok, it seems AT20 (Hot AC) airs at 8am Saturday followed by AT40 at 11am. Listening to AT40 is just like a yearend countdown! So many old songs! It's kinda neat but not a weekly thing. I think we here at Pulse should develop a Top 40 based on R&R but with a more strict recurrent rule to keep the songs moving a bit faster. Like a 10 week/below #20 rule or something and get different people to record the show each week. ;)
