This is the next single from "Our Kind of Soul," but instead of using the album version, they have done a remix that changes the song dramatically. Has anyone else heard it? What are your thoughts?

Um, didn't this song come out quite some time ago, or was it by a different singer (with all these damn remakes released to AC radio, that wouldn't surprise me in the least!)

It's a remake of the 1984 hit by Dan Hartman... I don't like this cover version (Edit: I haven't heard the remix that wholeoats mentioned, maybe it's better than the album version). |

It's a remake of the 1984 hit by Dan Hartman I know that. I just thought that there was a remake of the song released sometime within the past year. |

I love this song. I think the album version was just fine, I have not heard the single mix.

This song is going for adds at Hot AC on April 4th. The next single from Hall & Oates to go the Mainstreet AC is "Ooh Child". It is scheduled to go for adds in May.

I assume H&O's album is all remakes. I don't like their version of the Spinners classic "I'll Be Around".

The second single is actually their cover of "Ooh Child". I saw it on FMQB.
