Didn't "All Eyez On Me" make the chart? I'm pretty sure it did.

+76 to 104 spins, picking up quite a few adds. The funny thing is the song is completely done at Urban and Urban AC, and may be done at Rhythmic... will Pop still play it?

Go MONICA! Rocked the house at KMEL Summer Jam and pretended she couldn't see the fans while she stood next to the stage to watch the other performers. :'(
PMB Correspondant 'UX' was there! He has photos, a review and... an autographed Monica CD? :o!

Clive Davis' favorite thing to say about Monica is she's the most naturally talented singer he's worked with, which is really saying something. I'm jealous you saw her, and in prime form. A capella?! Nice.

This is really such a great song. Unfortunately I don't see pop radio playing it too much, but it did do really great at the Urban format so I guess that makes up for it. But KissFM here added it which is cool...Projected Peak, #43.

I've heard this song a few more times, and I like it now. It's still obviously a generic song; but Monica is a really talented singer - aside from Alicia Keys, she's the best R&B singer out right now.
I'm guessing this is at least somewhat about her boyfriend who committed suicide?

I'm guessing this is at least somewhat about her boyfriend who committed suicide? The song about her boyfriend, which she wrote, is "I Wrote This Song". She wrote USKB as well though, but it's about her relationship with C-Murder. They're not together anymore but they were for quite a while, even when he was in jail-- that's what the song is about.

bulleting to #71 from #95 with +139, just got 4 more stations added. It's also back to small gains at Rhythmic and Urban AC, and a very small drop at Urban. The leader for this at pop so far is Cleveland, both in spins and audience. Looks like it has a good chance, at the very least, of besting "So Gone".

Monica finished the weekend by moving into the top 20 gainers, she is now +197, bulleting to #58 from #81, and currently has 4 new stations for 44 new spins (on 39 stations so far). This is pretty much sure to outpeak "So Gone" at this point.

Where did 'So Gone' peak? Mid 50's; USKB will pass that within a few days if it keeps up.

This is now the highest peaking single off of "After The Storm". It's #52 with a bullet of +233.

Monica's first song to break top fifty in two years - #50 right now with +243.
Really great song, especially compared to the trash being called "R&B" these days.

we can expect to see them give monica even more control next time-- this single was written by her and is about her life. it may also help give her some credibility at Pop again, which she had all but lost after "so gone" didn't even scratch top 50. i wonder how far this'll go.
---She is picking up some Hot AC plays now, which this song had previously gotten zero of.
---It's been played on MTV this week for the first time since the video debuted.
The gains from Pop plus small Rhythmic & Urban AC gains are almost making up for the decrease at Urban (which is small)-- the overall audience may actually go up next week. It's still at 54 and a half million.

It's nice to see this song do well on Pop.
Is anyone surprised it's doing well? I certainly am.

Man, Monica hasn't had a hit single at Pop for awhile!! It's good to see this song doing decent. I'm not a big fan of this song, but Monica is a talented artist who deserves all her success.

it's a little surprising, but it was surprising when it ended up being a big Urban hit and then a decent Rhythmic hit, so i knew this song was outperforming most expectations. it's still above +200 from only 41 stations, if it keeps getting adds we'll see how far it goes.

Looks like Monica's song is faltering. I figured the track would eventually seize up at pop. It is just not Mainstream friendly enough to me.

I had hopes for that song...but it just dropped. It went from having a +275 gain, to almost nothing within a few days. Not enough stations added the song. At least it was a moderate hit at both Rhythmic and Urban formats.

+95 is actually sustainable; it lingered in this same sort of territory at both Rhythmic and Urban before taking off. The difference was that eventually all the stations more or less added the song, but that's not happening at Pop. Without more stations, it'll remain a top 50 hit (which isn't awful).
