Is there a website that tells you what songs are going for adds in the coming weeks? If so, can anyone post it?

Pieces Of Me should become the next #1. It's spins are increasing and She WIll Be Loved has slowed down to over 500. She'll just have to worry about Nelly and Avril, but not until 4 or 5 weeks.
Linkin Parks new one is really taking off, while Kelly seems to slowly gain spins. Could Kelly flop?

THESE ARE MY PREDICTIONS FOR THE AUGUST 6, 2004 CHART
Top 40 Debuts: Linkin Park, Kelly Clarkson
Top 40 Droppers: Outkast, Beenie Man
Top 3 songs 1) LEAVE (GET OUT) - JoJo 2) PIECES OF ME - Ashlee Simpson 3) DIP IT LOW - Christina Milian
Does anyone disagree??

Beenie Man is still about 200 spins ahead of Modest Mouse on the latest update, so I doubt that he will fall out. Instead, Modest Mouse will likely fall out. From the top 50, Blink 182 SHOULD also be gone, right? Here's my guess: Outkast Leaves (Recurrent) - Linkin Park enters Modest Mouse leaves - Kelly Clarkson enters I agree with the top 3 placement.

Could Avril eventually pass Maroon 5? Avril's song came out a week earlier and Maroon 5's song passed Avril a couple weeks ago, do you think she could pass by them right back and get top 5 or even #1 before them?

In the past "Mainstream Hit" (the second link) included more stations than the first link which was called the R&R panel for Mediabase. That's why they are so different. But I wonder why Mediabase is only showing format starters for the mainstream page....

So let me get this straight, radioandrecords goes by the Mainstream chart or the CHR/Pop chart?

Radio and Records uses the CHR-Pop chart (not Mainstream Hit).

For those of you who predicted Maroon 5 to score another #1, things are not looking too great for them right now.
She Will Be Loved is gaining +497 as of this morning which is respectable but far from the gains we expect for songs that make their way to the top of the chart at this point in their chart life. And next week it looks like Avril will pass Maroon 5 in the top 10, putting further strain on their way to the top.
Sure, things could change, but I have a funny feeling this song will not be the big 3rd single hit that people were making it out to be.
Meanwhile, Jojo is ready to say "leave" to her bullet as surely by tomorrow it will be gone, getting the #1 spot ready for Ashlee Simpson who looks to have a lock on it.
Boy was I completely wrong on 1985 (see CHR/POP Predictions topic)! That song looks ready for a top 40 debut next week with VERY good gains right now.

Well, isn't it already Top 11 in a short period of time? And didn't Ashlee Simpson also slow down just before reaching the Top 10, gaining only 400 or so spins a week?

You can name one song that increased its spins totals after being down in the top 11 and I can name another one that did not. Really, is that what you want here because we could go all day trading song for song on those cases. Besides, do you honestly want to compare Ashlee Simpson's debut single chart run to the 3rd single from a band with another monster hit that is fading away on the pop chart? Those aren't two statistically random samples that can be equally compared.

I think She Will Be Loved will go at least top 10 which I think is respectable for them. I dont expect them to top This Love... However, three top 10 hits off of one album is nothing to hide your face about.

Don't get me wrong, I do think Maroon 5 will go Top 10, but there's always a chance that it won't.

At this point, the lowest they'll peak is 8.

I have a feeling it will pick up again honestly-I just cant see this one stalling at 11. Or even 9 or 10. Not saying I think it will explode to #1 but I see it staying steady at 400-500 spins or even more and peaking out at 4-7.

(JCMF3 didn't say it will peak at #11, in case some of you who replied above thought so.) But he seems to totally rule out #1, whereas I can't do that yet.

Why am i the only one that still has a feeling that "Pieces Of Me" will not reach #1? It's still over 2000 spins behind and her bullet has maintained at around +700 or so and the bullet will go nowhere but down from here.
If it does reach #1, i'm predicting it will be a weak #1.

I just realize that there are now two regular early morning updates - 1:30am and 2:40am. I noticed it a couple of times before, but didn't think it was regular. Avril Lavigne's bullet was 600ish at 1:30 and now over 700 at 2:30am. And it's still waiting to debut on AT40!

Well, somebody eventually has to replace JoJo (now bulletless) at #1, and currently Ashlee Simpson is in the best position to do it. The fact that she's "maintaining" a +700 bullet (fourth-biggest on the chart right now) at #2 doesn't indicate that she's about to hit a brick wall. I'm guessing "Leave" will spend two more weeks on top before "Pieces" takes over (weak or not).
